Villa Mairi is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Mairi you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea. Villa Mairi is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Costa Paradiso, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Mairi from the parking area going up approximately 47 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Mairi you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway in front of the house.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
