Villa Madrigale is a pleasant and spacious two-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Madrigale you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Madrigale is 550 square meters (5920 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3.7 km (2.3 miles) from Tredozio, where you will find a restaurant and shops. You will reach Villa Madrigale from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Madrigale you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Madrigale is along an 800-meters (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by grapevine pergolas and by awnings. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the swimming pool.

The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the swimming pool and of the hills.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has two windows. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

You will be able to enter the first dining room from the living room. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second dining room from the first dining room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. There is a big fireplace. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the first dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the second dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a practical fireplace. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.
