Villa Lusiana, Vietri sul Mare

Villa Lusiana is a bright and sunny independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Lusiana you will enjoy an enchanting view of the beach and of the sea, of the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Villa Lusiana is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Vietri sul Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Lusiana from the parking area going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 37 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lusiana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the beach and of the sea.

The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find an upright piano. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a large panoramic window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom living room.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
