Villa Loana is an elegant two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. From Villa Loana you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Loana is 240 square meters (2600 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Ana Capri, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the local bus at 250 meters (820 feet) and the beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Loana from the street level going up approximately three stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Loana (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include three sofas and two armchairs. There is a small fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a large window with a view of the greenery.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a rocking chair and a pouffe which unfolds in a single bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
