Villa Lediana B is a cozy and welcoming two-story apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Lediana B you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Lediana B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.4 km (roughly 0.9 miles). You will reach Villa Lediana B from the main entrance of the building using an elevator and then going up a walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lediana B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Guests of Villa Lediana A and Villa Lediana B have free use of a swimming pool and a fitness area of the nearby hotel.
You will reach the swimming pool from the complex going down a route that includes approximately 18 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with sofas. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of November.
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with two armchairs and a bench, as well as with a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. The terrace, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the guests of one other nearby apartment in order to reach their accommodations.
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a small high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The room also has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
