Villa la Petite, Lenno

Villa la Petite is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located right on the Como Lake. It sleeps six people. From Villa la Petite you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa la Petite is 190 square meters (2050 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, direct access to the lake, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a limited traffic zone roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Lenno, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 450 meters (490 yards), the bus stop at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (Di Campo beach) at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet).

Villa la Petite is located on the ground floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a 70-meters (230-feet) route that includes approximately five stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa la Petite. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 70 meters (230 feet), free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

From the property you will have a direct access to the lake through a public pier. You will reach it from Villa la Petite going down a route that includes approximately five stairway steps. The access to the lake is shared with the local residents.

You will reach the swimming pool walking past a small entrance gate and going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with deck chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake and of the mountains. You will share the pool with the local residents. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs and with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the swimming pool.

You will be able to enter the wellness room from the third bedroom through an external access. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. In the wellness room you will find a sauna.

The living room is paved with marble. The ceiling is made of wood and has white exposed beams. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has three windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
