Villa Jana is a charming two-story villa built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Jana you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Marinella Gulf. Villa Jana is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private Jacuzzi pool, direct access to the sea, two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Porto Rotondo, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia dei Sassi) at 1.9 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Jana from the parking area going down approximately six stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Jana you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the villa going down a route that cuts through green Mediterranean gardens and includes approximately 40 stairway steps. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers.
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a route that cuts through green Mediterranean gardens and includes approximately ten stairway steps. The swimming pool has a semicircular shape and has a diameter of 10 meters (33 feet). It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. The pool is open all year round.
The first terrace is 115 square meters (1240 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. The terrace is equipped with sofas, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through three French doors. The room also has five large windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a double room. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the patio through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
