Villa Incenso is an elegant and modern two-story villa set into the cliff, sheer above the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Incenso you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Incenso is 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5.7 km (3.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 mile) including 200 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Incenso from the street level going up a 100-meters (330-feet) route that comprises a steep incline and includes approximately 33 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Incenso. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge in a parking space.
Villa Incenso, elegant and with interiors of design, overlooks the enchanting bay of Grotta dello Smeraldo and Capo di Conca. You will find yourself in a fascinating position and in a poetic atmosphere suspended between the sky and the sea.
A pleasant sea view walk among pergolas, olive trees and fruit trees will lead guests to the villa. The path is characterized by steps, a steep slope and several garden terraces.
As guests of Villa Incenso you will be able to book on request and for a fee:

It is also possible to organize small events.
Because of its position, overlooking the sea, and its shape, the villa is not suitable for children under 15 years.
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the street below. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs and with tables and chairs. On the patio you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room climbing eight steps, then another five steps to access a second higher level (this room is on two levels). The ceiling of the kitchen boasts a star vault. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a small high window.
The first bedroom is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room also has two Juliet balconies with a partial view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. The bedroom features a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage, hidden under the bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, dug into the rock and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an external access. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two small windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom climbing 6 steps.
