Villa Ibis is a cozy and welcoming villa in a quiet position, in the Apulian countryside, a short distance from the sea. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Ibis you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Ibis is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Racale, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Torre Suda beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Villa Ibis from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.

To stay at Villa Ibis you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.30 meters (7.5 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a wooden gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Here you will also find a barbecue.

The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an elegant fireplace decorated. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a table that can accommodate two guests. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). You will be able to enter the sixth bedroom from the kitchen. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and an open shower (please note that the bathroom has no door).
