Villa Gisa is a splendid and luminous two-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Gisa you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Villa Gisa is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 236 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Gisa from the street level going up a public walkway that includes approximately 75 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Gisa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).
The first terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room also has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the terrace and a balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
