Villa Fadia is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Fadia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Chianti hills and of the vineyards. Villa Fadia is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Gaiole in Chianti, where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Villa Fadia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Fadia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villa Fadia is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Villa Fadia is situated on a hillock and it is entirely surrounded by grapevines and olive groves. It is set in a beautiful spot of the Chianti area near a beautiful farm.
In the farm you will also find a small hotel and a restaurant where you could taste delicious traditional dishes. Cooking classes are held at the restaurant, which will give you the opportunity to learn how to cook the tasty Tuscan specialties.
A small spa, located in the farm, will give you the possibility to relax through the several relaxing treatments such as the chocolate therapy, the wine therapy, the Imperial bath and much more...
Many more activities are available: you will find a pond which lies among the hills; you could practise archery in a proper field where a small bow for children is available; you will also find a tennis court which is situated among the grapevines and the wood; in a panoramic and shady area, you will even find a ping pong table along with a swing and a dartboard.
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The swimming pool area is equipped with tables and chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the Chianti hills and of the vineyards.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include wood sofas and armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a nice fireplace. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the hills through three French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
