Villa Euridice is a splendid and luminous three-story historical villa located in the center of Positano. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Euridice you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Euridice is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, panoramic private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Villa Euridice from the street level going up approximately 20 stairway steps. An elevator is available.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Euridice. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.
Villa Euridice was built in 1906 by the Marquis Nino Marciano and it used to be an art gallery during sixties. Here, you will find paintings and splendid poetries that the marquis and his family loved to write. After many improvements made by the actual owners, Villa Euridice has become a perfect blend of history, art and technology.
The internal elevator allows you to reach each floor of the villa without climbing any steps, starting from the garage at the ground floor to the top floor.
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, from 30 centimeters (12 inches) to 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a rectangular shape. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Positano. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The first living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The second living room is paved with ancient majolica tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a small wood sofa. Here you will find a pool table. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door.
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a small wood sofa. There is a fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The third kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace.
