Villa Elaia is an elegant and welcoming four-story villa surrounded by olive groves. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Elaia you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of Genoa and of France at a distance. Villa Elaia is 390 square meters (4200 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from Recco, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the bus stop at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet) and the closest beach (Recco beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Elaia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Elaia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Villa Elaia is tended by the owner, who resides in an annex on the premises.

The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 4.5 meter (15 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of October.

The terrace is 180 square meters (1940 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a small sofa, as well as with a table, chairs, a gazebo and an hammock. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the garden.

The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed fruit trees. It is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include two sofas and an armchair. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through three French doors. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker and one electric burner, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it through a corridor.
