Villa Donzella is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Donzella you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Donzella is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment that is part of the villa.

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.40 meters (7.9 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. The pool is open all year round.

The patio is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch and by tall trees. It is equipped with a small sofa, armchairs and a wood bench and with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the sea.

The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery.

The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a rocking chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
