Villa Domitilla is a bright and elegant two-story villa with the fascination of the typical and ancient mediterranean houses. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Domitilla you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Domitilla is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from the center of Capri, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the largest beach of Capri (Marina Grande) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Domitilla from the street level along a route that includes approximately 45 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Domitilla (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).
The first living room is paved with handmade tiles, decorated in the characteristic style of the island of Capri. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room and from the kitchen. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In the dining room you will find a small wood-fired pizza oven. The room has a small high window. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
