Villa Dacia, Agropoli

Villa Dacia is a bright and cheerful independent house in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Dacia you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Dacia is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private Jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find shops at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the closest beach (Trentova Beach) at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Dacia from the parking area along a short route that comprises a steep downhill.

To stay at Villa Dacia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an hammock. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the valley and of the sea at a distance.

At Villa Dacia you will find a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, a home gym and a rowing machine. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the swimming pool area. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).

You will be able to enter the wellness room from the living room. In the wellness room you will find a Turkish bath. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a French bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a large window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
