Villa Colibrina is a welcoming three-story independent house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps 11 people. It is approximately 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Lido di Camaiore, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the bus stop at 50 meters (165 feet) and the beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet). You will reach Villa Colibrina walking past a main entrance gate and going up a route that includes approximately 7 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Colibrina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the nearby buildings.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The living room is paved with marble. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows overlooking the terrace.

You will be able to enter the dining room through a corridor. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The room has two windows with a view of the patio.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the corridor climbing four steps.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has two windows.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a small window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the sixth bedroom through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
