Villa Cleandra is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Cleandra you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Villa Cleandra is 390 square meters (4200 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from Casarano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Cleandra from the parking area going up approximately four stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Cleandra you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Cleandra is along a narrow road.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will have a characteristic view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include suspended chandeliers. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a patio through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a small sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a frosted glass door.

The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an access area.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa and a wood bench. There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the swimming pool, of the garden and of surrounding countryside through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
