Villa Cenobio A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house made of stone. It sleeps six people. Villa Cenobio A is located on the top floor of an ancient convent. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
To stay at Villa Cenobio A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a roof and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Umbrian hills, of the forest and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The first patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof and by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with tables, chairs and a gazebo. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.

There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The room has three windows.

The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).
