Villa Catullia, Santa Maria del Focallo

Villa Catullia is an elegant and welcoming villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Santa Maria del Focallo, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will find the closest beach (Santa Maria del Focallo beach) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards). You will reach Villa Catullia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Catullia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 40 centimeters (1.3 feet) to 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open all year round.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool.

The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the patio through an external access. The ceiling of the kitchen is made of wood. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker. There is also a barbecue.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The parking space is suitable for one car.
