Villa Catalina A, Sant'Alfio

Villa Catalina A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna. It sleeps four people. From Villa Catalina A you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. Villa Catalina A is 65 square meters (700 square feet). Villa Catalina A is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up a route that includes approximately ten stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Catalina A you will need a car. You will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and of the sea at a distance.

You will be able to enter the living room from the bedroom. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two large panoramic windows.

The ceiling of the bedroom is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a French door. The room also has a small window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
