Villa Cassiano is a charming two-story age-old farm house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Cassiano you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside and of the greenery. Villa Cassiano is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Castelnuovo Berardenga, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Cassiano from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Cassiano you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Cassiano is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic olive tree and by perfumed fruit trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown.
You will be able to enter the wellness room through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a fitness bench, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a shower. Here you will also find a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
The parking space is suitable for six cars.
The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a leather sofa, two armchairs and a desk. There is a big and elegant fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a window.
