Villa Bella is a characteristic and welcoming three-story townhouse located right on the Como Lake. It sleeps four people. From Villa Bella you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Bella is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private terraces with a view of the lake, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Sala Comacina, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet), the bus stop at 130 meters (427 feet) and the closest beach (Sala Comacina beach) at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet).
You will reach Villa Bella from the street level going up approximately six stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Bella. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), free of charge in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Villa Bella is along a narrow road.
The furnishings of the kitchen are modern and welcoming. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include two armchairs. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite smart TV. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio and the swimming pool. The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
