Villa Antica Uva is a characteristic two-story independent house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Antica Uva you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Antica Uva is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a wide private terrace, a private garden and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from San Mauro La Bruca, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Antica Uva from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Antica Uva you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Antica Uva is along a narrow road.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees and by fruit trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the vineyards.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door.

You will be able to enter the kitchen living room. It is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a sofa. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). The kitchen has a window with a view of the greenery.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom living room through a corridor.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
