You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of San Michele Salentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the closest beach (Specchiolla beach) at 17.5 km (roughly 10.8 miles).

You will reach Villa Anelora from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

This area is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle, and you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The first living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace decorated in marble.
