Villa Ametrino is a welcoming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Ametrino you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Ametrino is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historical center of Modica, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Ametrino from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Ametrino you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.
As guest of Villa Ametrino you will have at your disposal a private tennis court.

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down approximately 15 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. Here you will also be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of November.
The second patio is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen through a corridor going down five steps. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery.
You will reach the wellness area from the villa going down a route that includes approximately 28 stairway steps. Here you will find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The wellness area is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the wellness area you will enjoy a lovely view of the valley and of the greenery.
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include three sofas. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker and one electric burner, two gas ovens, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen has a Juliet balcony, and here you will also find a ceiling fan.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
You will be able to enter the game room through an external access. Here you will be able to have fun with a football table. In this room you will also find a satellite television (local channels). The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will also find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike, a treadmill and a home gym. From the game room you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through two French doors.
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the second living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a sofa. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine.
