Villa Almerina is an elegant and welcoming three-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Almerina you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Almerina is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Furore, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Santa Croce Beach) at 9 km (roughly 5.6 miles). You will reach Villa Almerina from the parking area going down a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 38 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Almerina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to three or four (depending on size) cars. Please note that access to Villa Almerina is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk.
