Villa Alfiere is a splendid three-story villa situated in a secluded location surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 15 people. From Villa Alfiere you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Alfiere is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private Jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Borgo San Lorenzo, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles). You will reach Villa Alfiere from the parking area going up a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately three stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Alfiere you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The above-ground swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It features an above-ground non-heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a cooking area. This area is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills.

The first living room is paved with ancient Venetian mosaic. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include three sofas. There is an elegant fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the dining room through an access area. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In the dining room you will find a satellite television (local channels). There is an elegant fireplace. The room has two windows.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a big fireplace. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.

The first bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

You will be able to enter the eighth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has no windows.

The fourth bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing two steps.

The fifth bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
