Villa Alfea D, Agnone Cilento

Villa Alfea D is a welcoming studio apartment situated in a secluded location surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps three people. From Villa Alfea D you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and, partially, of the sea. Villa Alfea D is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Agnone Cilento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the bus stop at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Punta Capitello beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles).

Villa Alfea D is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 20 steps).

For a successful stay at Villa Alfea D we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 7 square meters (75 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a pouffe which unfolds in a single bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
