Villa Alfea C, Agnone Cilento

Villa Alfea C is a welcoming apartment situated in a secluded location surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Villa Alfea C you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the sea. Villa Alfea C is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Agnone Cilento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the bus stop at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Punta Capitello beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles).

Villa Alfea C is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Alfea C we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September. It is equipped with a long sofa, as well as with a sun umbrella and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
