Villa Aleida, Castrignano del Capo

Villa Aleida is a bright and sunny one-story villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Villa Aleida you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Aleida is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Castrignano del Capo, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Baia di Ciardo) at roughly 2.6 km (1.6 miles). You will reach Villa Aleida from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Aleida you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Aleida is along a narrow road.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, two deck chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The first patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old olive trees and by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the sea.

The first kitchen is paved with polished concrete. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through a corridor.
