Villa Acquamarina is a spacious two-story villa situated in a quiet location, at a short distance from the famous Piazzetta of Capri. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Acquamarina you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Acquamarina is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Capri, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the SIPPIC bus Marina Grande - San Costanzo line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the largest beach of Capri (Marina Grande) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Acquamarina from the street level going down a short private walkway that includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Acquamarina (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).
The living room is paved with original handmade tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a large television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea, of the coastline, of Capri and of the the street below through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a double-glazed window overlooking the terrace.
The third bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a partial view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
The fourth bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery and of the valley. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room climbing 12 steps. Here you will find a washing machine located on a small terrace, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
