Villa Vittoria is a characteristic two-story villa set into the cliff, sheer above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Vittoria you will enjoy a bright view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Vittoria is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 60 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Vittoria from the street level going down approximately 62 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Vittoria. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a marvelous view of the sea through a French door.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
