Villa Vieste, Marina di Mancaversa

Villa Vieste is a bright and sunny one-story independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Marina di Mancaversa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Vieste from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Vieste you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The above-ground swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 4.5 meter (15 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by tall palms.

The patio is 240 square meters (2600 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs and with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first bedroom and from the living room.
