Villa Marianna is a splendid and luminous three-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Marianna you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Nerano bay and of the coastline. Villa Marianna is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.2 km (0.75 miles) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Marianna from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Marianna we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa Marianna is along a narrow road.
Villa Marianna is made up of two separate apartments with independent entrances, one located on the ground floor, the other covering the first and second floors of the villa.
As guests of Villa Marianna you will have also a tennis court at your disposal.
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The garden is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the first terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and a swing. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
You will be able to enter the first living room through an external access. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
