Villa Fabiana, Maiori

Villa Fabiana is a splendid and luminous apartment that is part of a villa built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Fabiana you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Fabiana is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the sea, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Maiori, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards). You will reach Villa Fabiana from the street level going down a walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 80 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fabiana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in a private parking lot, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it going down approximately 190 stairway steps. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue.

The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area. It is equipped with an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.

The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. It is well equipped, with a four-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The kitchen has a window that opens into the living room. The room also has a porthole window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
