Villa Ermes is a splendid three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Ermes you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Ermes is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Ermes from the street level going down a route that includes approximately 36 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ermes. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen through an arched opening. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a small high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
