Villa De Rosa is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa De Rosa you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa De Rosa is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), the stop for the SITA bus at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa De Rosa from the street level going down approximately 50 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa De Rosa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. It is equipped with two sofas, an armchair and masonry benches and with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle.
