Villa Costanza is a splendid and luminous two-story villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Costanza you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Costanza is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Maiori, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet) including 160 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Costanza from the parking area going up a walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 90 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Costanza. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The first terrace is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with small round-shaped sofas, as well as with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
The second terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. You will be able to enter it first terrace climbing 26 steps. It is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
The living room is paved with elegant wood. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has a porthole window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
