Melograno, Grosseto

Melograno is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Melograno you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Melograno is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 16 km (10 miles) from Grosseto, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Grosseto beach) at 30 km (roughly 19 miles). You will reach Melograno from the parking area going up approximately 17 stairway steps.

To stay at Melograno you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Melograno is along a narrow road.

Melograno is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the bottom floor.

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

The furnishings of the living room are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a combo bathtub with shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
