La Casa di Bice is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. From La Casa di Bice you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Crete Senesi and of the greenery. La Casa di Bice is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) from the center of Asciano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach La Casa di Bice from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at La Casa di Bice you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to La Casa di Bice is along a 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles) unpaved road.
La Casa di Bice is located in a large country house divided into 8 apartments.
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Crete Senesi and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
