Esimia is a charming and bright two-story historical villa surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps 17 people. From Esimia you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Capri. Esimia is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features two private swimming pools, two private terraces, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 1.4 km (roughly 0.9 miles).
You will reach Esimia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Esimia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to ten cars.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
