Domus Ursula, Praiano

Domus Ursula is a welcoming independent house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Domus Ursula you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline. Domus Ursula is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Praiano, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet) including 415 stairway steps.

You will reach Domus Ursula from the street level going down a 50-meters (165-feet) public route that includes approximately 100 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Domus Ursula. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 350 meters (385 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will reach the garden from the terrace going down an external stairway which consists of approximately ten steps. The garden is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It is partly shaded by a characteristic grapevine pergola. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a sun lounger. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.

The living room is paved with majolica tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted and has an height of 1 meter (3.3 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level, as well as a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second bedroom or from the terrace. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room has a large panoramic arched window, as well as a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

Important notice: members of your party might need to walk through this bedroom to reach the kitchen (going through this room can be avoided by entering from the terrace). You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a small fireplace made of glass. The furnishings include. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid red majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
