Casa Zagara, Giardini Naxos

Casa Zagara is a bright and sunny apartment located right on the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Zagara you will enjoy a fascinating view of the beach and of the sea. Casa Zagara is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Giardini Naxos, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.

Casa Zagara is located on the second floor of a six story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately three stairway steps and then using an elevator. Because of the street and of the restaurant below, at times some noise can be heard.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Zagara. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a small L-shaped sofa, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the beach and of the sea.

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two oval windows.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a long terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has three single beds (80 cm/32 inches), two of them can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
