Casa Uvetta A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. Casa Uvetta A is located on the first floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately 11 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Uvetta A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Casa Uvetta A is along a 2-kilometer (1.2 mile) unpaved road.

The terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room.
