Casa Teodoro A, Torre Vado

Casa Teodoro A is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Casa Teodoro A you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the street below. Casa Teodoro A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 400 meters (a quarter of a mile) from Torre Vado, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Torre Vado beach) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards).

Casa Teodoro A is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Teodoro A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of an adjacent street.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of an adjacent street.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
