Casa Spiga A, Monopoli

Casa Spiga A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an historic villa in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps six people. From Casa Spiga A you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Spiga A is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio with a view of the sea, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Monopoli, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).

Casa Spiga A is located on the middle floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the courtyard and includes approximately 15 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Spiga A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.

The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two single divan beds. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the entrance hall climbing five steps. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a small window that opens the inner yard.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window that opens the inner yard. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
