Casa Pistacchio A, Punta Secca

Casa Pistacchio A is a cozy apartment situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Pistacchio A you will have a partial view of the sea and of the other buildings. Casa Pistacchio A is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Punta Secca, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for Etna Trasporti bus Catania - Ragusa line. You will find the beach at 100 meters (approximately 330 feet).

Casa Pistacchio A is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Pistacchio A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the street below and of the other buildings and, partially, of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, a bench and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the street below and of the other buildings.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony overlooking the street below and the nearest building through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony overlooking the street below and the nearest building through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the along the internal staircase of the building, climbing 15 steps. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
