Casa Patti C is a welcoming independent house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Casa Patti C you will enjoy a splendid view of the garden. Casa Patti C is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private patio, a shared garden and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Baia Domizia, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet). You will reach Casa Patti C from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Patti C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.

The Patti apartments are part of a big holiday village with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach.

Set in an 18 hectares area, the complex offers its guests 217 apartments surrounded by the greenery, from 2 to 5 people.

As guests of Patti apartments you will have at your disposal many amenities such as a tennis court, a minigolf course, a soccer field, a bar, a restaruant, two swimming pools and a large tv room.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe. You will reach it from the complex without having to climb any steps. The access to the sea is shared with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests.

The swimming pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 25 meters (82 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the beginning of October.

The swimming pool has a circular shape and has a diameter of 8 meters (26 feet). The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the beginning of October.

The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and two gazebos. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The furnishings of the living room include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two double-glazed French doors.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The patio is 7 square meters (75 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has three small windows with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
