Casa Otis, Scala

Casa Otis is a welcoming apartment in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Otis you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Casa Otis is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private terrace and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the borough of Scala, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Ravello line at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach (Amalfi beach) at 8 km (roughly 5 miles).

Casa Otis is located on the first floor of a four story building. You will reach it from the street level going up a route that comprises a steep incline and includes approximately 25 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Otis. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars.

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. The terrace is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.

The living room is paved with marble. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and a balcony through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom or from the terrace. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom living room through an access area.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it through a corridor.
